Would definitely come back whenever in Marsa Alam again

The stuff and service were exceptional! I've been at so many hotels and I've never seen anything like that! from the gentleman at the door to the hotel director everyone was extremely nice and helpful! We found everything we needed and more ! Food was unbeatable with a large variety from authentic egyptian cuisine to healthy options

Nothing really! there was no gym but we were able to use the one at the next hotel for free so all was good

Beautiful resort with a great coral reef

Really nice resort on a great beach with a beautiful coral reef. The all inclusive is really well thought. It includes everything. The aquapark is super fun as well.

The pools can be cleaner.

Despite the few problems I and the children loved it.

Staffs are nice. Especially the kids club staffs. The cove is nearby and is super safe, I loved the Snorkeling with my small children. Never felt unsafe. Hotel food is good. They have many good activities especially for children.

There were regular power outages and hot water outages. Also everybody got really bad stomach flu although I don’t know how much that is related to the hotel (but we never ventured out of the hotel). They offer you tickets to restaurants outside the hotel - don’t bother because the food there was bad. The hotel restaurant is a lot better.

A warm and happy Christmas

Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)! Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)!

If I have to write something “negative”: my partner did not like the incense/aroma that was in the lobby (I loved it); it’s a 5-7-minute walk to the snorkelling bridge; the reef is OK (still worth exploring, and Abu Dabbab is only a half hour south if one wants to go snorkelling elsewhere, also: Coraya Divers offers MANY snorkelling and diving tours - their offices are about a 10-minute walk from the hotel); showering after snorkelling only possible back at the fountain area of the hotel.

Personnel was great, from Nasser at the lobby. Our waiter Salah Mohammed and also the cleaning done by Salah!!! Team of all waiters at the bar were also always very kind. A super plus is also when you don't want the animation you can always go to the chill-zone to pass your stay peacefully...staring at the beauty from the Red Sea.

Absolutely unparalleled experience rooted in serenity and hospitality

One of the best resort I have visited till now. I The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the room , we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset over the red sea from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is far away from crowd, it is literally a hidden gem Our stay at the hotel was for 9 nights , the nearby excursions are breath taking , we went safari, ref sea tours, Scuba diving ..etc limitless fun and sun ! He we had a memorable time together. All respect for Mr Hisham and Mr Waleed , the actimg managers who really went and beyond to ensure our stay is as memorable as it could be ! Thank you for a great job here.Excellent hospitality:) Special Thank you to the restaurant's chefs and attendants, Abo Zmariam, Abo Salah , Abd elrhman Mr Usama in the restaurant is amazing and professional yet personable and friendly Kerolos , Amr , Hani and Moe from reception are always there to offer help and support Karim from the concierge/tour is a kind soul Special Room receive Mustafa and Dahi Abdo and the water park staff are super friendly Will definitely come back with my family

A sample of Red Sea heaven !

We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

Wonderful

Very child friendly (staff, pools, facilities) but still nice and comfortable for the parents..:-) Quality of the food and drinks good.

Amazing family stay

That was great experience. So far it was the best hotel among Jaz Hotels group. Good service, great food, when we had even the smallest issues they were solved immediately with additional compliments. The tennis courts are great, theu are close to real clay.

Strange policy of booking tennis courts - once per stay and then you can book only at night for an additional charge. It was not high season and most of the time the courts were empty but still it was hard to get there. Sometimes beverages were not tasty even in the main lobby bar.

The people of this place are so nice honestly i liked everything about this place food,entertainment even drinks taste good,there is a lot of things to do during the day also the events they do at night was greaat

It was an amazing stay

Everything was wonderful. What we loved most was the polite and professional treatment of the staff, starting from all the reception staff from the first stop we arrived at, to the staff working in all the hotel, especially the restaurant. It was a very special trip, and the hotel I highly recommend.
